Exiling banning and kicking people from games and/or major channels(SoR/CsB/Behh/StH) is a serious offence. The only people who should have positions of power within these channels and/or games should be mature and cool headed. Not Some raged up 13 year old spoilt, **** of a girl having her first period all over her dads face.

response: exiling and banning players from their bots is their choice. for example, i own hiddensand, i pay (REAL $$) for the bot, i am allowed to ban who i want. however, players may deem this "hitler" or "community wrecker". But i rarely ban players, and if i do, i have justification for the ban whether its a personal or community-involved ban. And again, its a bot i pay for with actual money. on the other hand, i will agree that its a serious offence when a player who does not own the bot kicks/bans players for no reason.

i have never banned or kicked anyone from CsB channel. only things i have kicked from CsB is jaspur bots and ghod bots, or other spammers.  i may pretend to act like a raging mongo in game, but for the most part i am completely calm. ask anyone who i TS with, i am only joking 99% of the time. i am just going to ignore the last part of your sentence, disgusting.

Exiling people like Hawkeys and Tollison is not allowed and should be ceased immediately. I'm not saying what they have done in the past is inexcusable, however indefinitely banning them is out of the question.

response: i exiled hawkys. i NEVER exiled tollison. also, hawkys very easily could have been unbanned, all i asked for was an apology. "sorry" is the not hard to type, especially for a mature person. however, hawkys is not mature and it took him almost two months to say "sorry" in chat, other times i asked for an apology he would flame like a mongoloid.

The following is the plan for a controlled banning system
Game ruining can be as follows:
1. Deliberately tking your sheep member(This can be joking around, but if the person you are doing it to doesn't enjoy this joke, he can report you).
2. Going afk as Shepherd because you are bored. If it's for a legitimate reason, then ask for permission, it will be granted, otherwise if permission is not granted you can be reported.
3. Leaving before fair is done, If one Sheep hasn't had a turn and it's got 10 players in the game, and someone has to go, that person is allowed to leave, provided that he tells the rest of the people in the game. That person will not be allowed in the remake though, because that person had to leave. Otherwise if it isn't a scenario like that one then you can be reported.
4. Deliberately letting Sheep pass you, if you are complaining the whole game and then let a sheep pass you and you have no lag etc.. You can be reported.
ALSO NOTE THIS LIST ISN'T COMPLETE THESE ARE THE ONLY SCENARIOS THAT I CAN THINK OF AT THE MOMENT, SHOULD ANYONE ELSE POSE ONE THAT SOUNDS LOGICAL, IT WILL BE ADDED TO THIS LIST.

Warning: If you request a ban on a player and the majority on the forums agree that it was insufficient to warrant a ban, the person who instigated this ban is now not allowed to report/bans for the rest of the night. So be careful before you deem it bannable. If there are repeat offences of this happening that person will not allowed to report bans for 48 hours, each time doubling until you are no longer capable of making any decisions in this area at all.

Short term, one game bans
From now on, no matter who you are, whether you are a leader in this community or Hawkeys, if you deliberately ruin a game and everyone agrees that you did, you're not allowed in the remake, A short 1 game ban.

In order for this ban to happen the replay and time location of the deliberate ruin must be posted on these forums as soon as possible. I'm sure I can get Sidey to put together a section for it. You may commence the one game ban immediately(before waiting for people on the forum to agree) that's only provided that the majority in the game agree(Take screen shot of the majority agreeing). You must upload the replay asap.

Midterm bans, Two days - One week bans
In order for this to happen you need to have repeat offences of game ruining and ruined the game more than once and are currently a casual game ruiner. Once again the replay must be submitted and the time of the offence posted, a short 1 game ban will commence immediately, the rest of the ban will commence after the replay has been checked by a few on this forum. Or 80% of people who were in that game. Screen shots of the people agreeing must be posted here. In order to get the one game ban.

Longterm bans Two weeks - One month
In order for this to happen you need to have repeat offences of game ruining, be a casual game ruiner and have had the midterm bans placed upon you already with no improvements. The same steps of reporting these bans are to be followed from the midterm ban steps. Once again these bans aren't immediately enforced, they are only enforced after the replay has been submitted, only a short one game ban will be enforced until then.

Additional information about the controlled system
ALL BANNED PLAYERS AREN'T EXILED FROM THE COMMUNITY, NOR WILL THEY EVER BE, They still may participate in games provided that
a: no one else is on to join the game and it's not full, if they are and they want to join, that spot that the banned player occupies is now that other players.
b: everyone in the game agrees(100% of people agree he can play, this player may need to do a lot of ass licking).

These players may also reside in channels, if they abuse their time in the channels then they may be kicked from said channel and/or banned. But they wont be booted from the channel based on something that happened in a game.

Ban appeals for mid - long term bans may be heard and it's up to the community to judge whether you've learned your lesson.

Anyone who kicks a person for another person should have bot access removed immediately.
Anyone caught banning people without any justification once again will have bot access removed immediately.
All replays/the time of the offence and the picture must be posted before any banning commences.

response: i do not see anyone following this plan of action for bans. its too complex for the community to follow. we are barely getting replays sent in for sheep tag top5 plays. all the best and good luck though.
