As Mappy said, East is relatively dead, so easties just join the European channels most of the time now. The following channels have some activity where you will find sheeptaggers =)
Clan CsB and Clan Behh (high in activity, may be private because of spambots)
Clan AoSt and Clan Grr (low in activity, but are open almost always)
Clan CsB2 (sister clan of csb (duh) and theres a chance you'll find some sheeptaggers in there)
