I have no idea who is mapmaker these days and i don't even know if it's possible, but i think minimap could be massively improved to suit ST better.
Maybe I am spoiled by better minimaps of dota 2/league etc and just not used to this antiquated minimap situationz yet, as i have not played ST much lately, but here are my thoughts on it:

i always find myself trying to use it every few seconds but it feels so muddled and the information often unclear or blocked by unnecessary ****.
1. you can't see sheep 1/2 the time (if they are in their own color, or even similar color of farms)

2. the ping animation is ****. way too transparent so it blends with farm colors etc and it's an unnecessarily big giant circle that lasts way too long

3. the wolf icons are ****. zoom+moving screen is better tool for finding wolves ffs. imagine a smaller, neat orc raider face icon with a black outline so it stands out

4. every time one of your farms is completed there's that green circle that blinks, so you look down at minimap and there's just a giant green clusterfuck of circles.

5. the only real useful thing about minimap as sheep is pressing D to see allies... which tbh you shouldn't even have to do, and it's the same animation as the freaking green clusterfuck circles. there should just be tiny icons for sheep too. i dunno, maybe then wolf teamwork would become too easy? so only the sheep team get the sheep iconz? i think it just adds more of a clear teamwork dynamic into game when everyone gets that information easily and can see game situation. it also removes or at least reduces zoom advantage ( i prefer to play without zoom but it's pretty much required zzz...)

it could be a challenging and fun project to overhaul the minimap for some mapmaker gogo make it naiiiiiceeee

The Locate allies ping can be set to Flashy i believe or Warning, they should be more visible.
For the rest I don't know if this is possible.
