Here's the solution: 

New sheep tag channel is: WarCraft III CsB

Thanks to uLmo for insight on using warcraft iii at the start of the name to allow only war3 players.

Warcraft channel is useless. We need spam immunity from ourselves as well - external AND internal spam immunity. Otherwise we get nowhere. Only my idea achieves this.
