You realize your #2 costs 1944 times more than your #21?

Pointing at "2 million here" and "3 million here" is completely counterproductive and likely not to bring about any real cuts. Most of them are earmarks, which is what kept our political system somewhat stable.

It's especially silly when people target spending for the executive or legislative bodies. Realize that they account to 0.8% of total spending. These are the hundreds of personal, as well as thousands of support, that are codifying laws, placing them into execution, and just in general trying to adapt the system to an ever-changing landscape. We spend the same amount every year buying new planes for the military, which bring about near-zero benefits to the general populace.
