Wrda, I believe the sheep aren't replaced with wisp, but instead the sheep are simply placed in an area they can't escape (i.e., blighted).

Thus you simply check if all sheep are in the pen.

You do this by counting all the sheep, then counting all the sheep in the pen. I don't get the difficulty.

If ( Units in region - Playable map area of Type = Sheep ) are equal to ( Units in Region - Trapped Sheep region of Type = Sheep )
