Question: Why is Shoop in so many teams?

When Shoop was at "his best", GosuSheep, Chakra, UberSheep, Shroomy and I vsed his team of misfits(Amir(CheifHero[SkS] was one of the misfits, considered by Gosu to be the best in the world at that time).
I was playing in delay(As the other four are from America), and we won. Smashed Shoop's Team, he disbanded his clan afterward.
Shoop is horrid in a team environment, bringing down the moral of everyone in it.
He placed blame on his team mates, for him getting isolated and dieing. It made us Chuckle as he "all chatted" abuse at his team mates.

ST was a lot to do with mentality as it is actual skill. When there is pressure, a lot crumble. I remember when I was leader of cAa, and everytime I went to vs east clans(whoever was best at those times) I won every time, by a large margin. We would usually last the full 20 minutes, while the other team dies in under 10.

When the match starts I would go very cold, and my hands wouldn't move as well. I would shiver too, I still looked good and played awesome. Those were things I was having to deal with when in a competitive environment. I can only assume that others had similar things. Before I go into a match I would have a hot shower so that it didn't effect me as much.

The players I vsed in east, wern't as good as Drewisfat(it was a year or 2 before he was one of the best in the world). I also only came over if SUPER-KENNY was available lol. It'd be me, him and 2 others(back then it was 4v4, and everyone else in the clan were on a similar level, as SUPER-KENNY was one of the best in the world back then, he was probably the best one who could handle my delay). CowardlyShoe wasn't that great yet, he was in uswest in a subpar clan being a noob, MrJones(ZeroShadow1) was good, but joined cAa at that time, so he would never be in a position to vs me. I was vsing players like yDoc(or w/e his name was), PureX and Policia(a person who would join other clans to vs cAa all the time, he was actually in cAa with his main accounts and just wanted to see us lose a match).

So, knowing the majority of these players at "their best" I can only conclude the following:
