Yeah this show was good for like the first 3 seasons. Now its just boring as fk and way overly dramatic its like jersey shore, but out stranded on an island.

Pretty boring episode, seems like there is no real interesting player this time.

Why did they bring back 3 people from the single most boring season in survivor history? I'm fine with bringing back Colton if he would stop with this mommas boy attitude but why did they bring back Kat and Monica? Because they got famous boyfriends?

Redemption Island also **** suck, i thought it was obvious this concept is a disaster. I thought Candice and Laura would have to switch tribes instead. Simply voting somebody out on 1st impression is retarded, having them switch would have created more dynamics instead.

Survivor, a program that tries to redfine reality by making a virtue out of lying and cheating instead of strenght and intelligence. A program where inferior humans without any specific talents are put on a pedistal.

People following this program and worshipping people like Russel really are the essence of the herd, the champion of sheepdom. Watch Sidey bow, for his leaders have told him this is good.

Shoop bringing trash theories? Lying requires more intelligence than telling the truth for example, since you have to keep track of the lie and realign your body/paralanguage so as to not expose yourself. Telling the truth is easy. Lying = intelligence.

And yeah, Shoop wants to make a virtue out of strength lol...what a BRUTE!

You don't think that Survivor isn't scripted in any way? Every reality TV show is scripted to a certain extent. It has to be scripted in order for entertainment purposes etc.

the survivors must be one HELL of a talented acting group in that case? they should be doing movies with brad pitt lol.

the entertainment value in survivor is derived from the genuine and REAL actions of normal people. they are starving, freezing, missing their families, participating in ''extreme" physical challenges, worrying, trying to win a million dollars, etc.

on top of that, when you break down a survivor season, each player gets under an hour worth of camera time, on average, across an entire season (when you exclude challenges and bullshit), while they spend weeks at the island.

entertainment/drama/emotions = inevitable in format like this. the downside is that boring personalities equal a relatively boring season, although still being somewhat entertaining

amir youre just assuming that off camera, they are attempting to survive etc. WHAT IF I TOLD YOU... it could all be a LIE and they have a SICK place to sleep and eat etc for the night. the magic of ACTING, MAKE UP and CAMERAS.

An example: man vs. wild. read all the **** about it, how they admit to it being fake. survivor is just a ****tier version of man vs. wild.

I rather see bear grylls CATCH A deer "BEAR" handed and slit its throat, then drink its blood. Than watch a hairy ass 40 year old man compete with ****ty girls that should be acting in **** instead of wasting their acting career on this pathetic show called "survivor".

Spoofy brings good knowledge many of the "reality" shows are not "reality" at all and are for 100% entertainment value and capture the attention of weak minded people who think its "ACTUALLY HAPPENING ZOMG", but yee believe what you want.

But I guess you have to believe in something amiright? Like come on at the end of the day everyone knows Jesus Christ is jackhammering Mickey Mouse in the doo-doo hole with a lawn dart as Garth Brooks gives birth to something resembling a cheddar cheese log with almonds on Santa Claus's tummy-tum.

Survivor has nothing to do with survival. Even IF they were given food etc the social dynamics would be relatively unchanged.

You really have to be absolutely braindead to watch survivor for survival and the challenges lol, they are non-events designed only to stimulate the social dynamics of the show.

What evidence do you have that any of the social dynamics in survivor are fake? If you don't have any you've lost this discussion.

you're just assuming the opposite... the difference is that you have to explain to us:

1) why the acting of the random participants (who never get any other acting part) is better than brad pitt.
2) why the make up is - and has been since year 2000 - better than top budget movies (in particular the sick weight loss of the participants who last long).
3) why there hasn't been any leaks from 'the inside' for over 15 years/why noone has ''busted'' the show in ANY way.

etc. there are so many questions you can't properly answer with your assumption(questions that make your assumption seem bizarre to the point of laughter), while with my assumption (which you can call common sense) -> everything falls into place.

ofcourse they got medics out, why would they risk anything when filming in such circumstances? and it just further solidifies MY position that the survival-situation isn't staged when the nearby supply of medical treatment is so necessary and excessive (unless the entire crew of medics is a bunch of staged actors aswell, rofl^^).

classic conspiracy theory mentality. there are good explenations to why kids easily believe in stuff like this without a real reason, but you gotta wake up boys ^^ smell the BACON!
