Ascendancy is probably #1 unless people like "know" that they were mind controlled.  Euphoraic confuses me, is this just like date rapey?

Telekinesis is either the most powerful or least powerful depending on what you mean by pick object up.  Is it some gay levitation thing, or can I take a giant boulder and smash you?

Ectoplasmic could be really powerful, but lasting 1 minute really weakens it.  I'd use it to spy for information, rob banks, or get pervy -- but those things really take more than one minute, and having to then hide for 10 minutes would really ruin the plan.


I want to get back to the syringes though.  Are you guys insane??
Drug syringe seems insanely good.  Point of any powers/ability is to make yourself happy, with infinite drugs you have infinite happiness already at your disposal, assuming that "no side effects / damage" means you don't gain a tolerance.

Having sex with all girls = also very good, obv.  And I didn't take it to mean it would be impossible for you to fall in love, just that  girls wouldn't inherently fall in love with you, just **** you.  Also being infinitely seductive to half the world would be EXTREMELY powerful if used correctly.  Sex Queen of England, blackmail royal family = instant riches.  Sex married rich girl, she pays you to keep you silent.  Sex Hillary Clinton, influence future president.  Shoop bothering you?  Have sex with his mom, girlfriend and sister all in the same night!

Being immune to all diseases = sounds like most boring syringe at first, but this would also quickly get OP.  There's many ways to become super rich, either working for the government as a lab rat, cleaning radiation leaks, etc.  No sickness or maladies = also very broad.  I've had a massive head ache, upset stomach and heart burn today.  Would have been a much better day without those things.  Also imagine all the unsafe sex you could have?   The only question mark is how would drugs interact.  Would this mean I couldn't get "high" as it's a result from the "poison", or would it be a good thing, meaning I could still get high but couldn't overdose on anything?


Then there's flying fast.  The one you all picked.  BY FAR, the worst one.  Virtually impossible to use secretly (And pretty useless besides joyrides secretly).  So you're flying around in public.... yeah....  I give you one week TOPS before some hillbilly shoots you or you're on the run from the government trying to lock you up.

I think cele is a good choice for mod, but I agree with amir's sentiment that mods in general are overrated.  Usually mods are a source of contention and abuse.  I've never seen a forum die because a post was in the wrong section or it took an extra few hours to send a dumb post to the trashcan.

Lots of people are talking about making new maps, which is exciting   !!

I'd like to propose something that I think is long overdue - shrinking the map (potentially completely revamping the terrain as well)  Please be open minded about this idea!

There are several arguments I could give that a smaller map is better, to sum up:  More intensity.

I know I haven't played that much revo recently, but I don't think I'm imagining this problem. I've seen several people complaining about people cornermassing too much nowadays.  I think cornermassing is more common today than it has been for a long time, and I don't think it's because sheep are being stupid or w.e.  I think the current map encourages cornermassing, and whether consciously or subconsciously people have adjusted their gameplay and are cornermassing more.  The current map:
- Is bigger.  The corners have been expanded, with the most dramatic change being the "gosu hill" on the bottom of the map.
- Wolves start stronger (2 hits)
- Sheep images (I think these are potentially gamebreaking currently)
- And a few smaller changes, like reintroducing stack farms, invis runes spawning in middle, etc.

I don't fault these changes, with beer's goal of mixing it up and making wolves stronger this makes complete sense for balancing issues.  But I think instead of adding intensity sheep compensate by pushing to corners has taken away any gains made here.  It's very common and very easy to start from the mid, build down to the bottom of the map and then use the ramps  (or the imba jump to the bottom right corner) to get away.  This is probably an easier path than sticking around in the middle and trying to break out of isolation and hoping your teammates bridge you.  And perhaps more importantly, it takes the wolves 1-2 extra minutes to even get in a position to isolate you when you're on the edges.  No one wants to be the sheep that dies first, and the easiest way to do this is to simply avoid the wolves and run to the side of the map.

Cornermassing like this is less interesting because it means there's a significant amount of time spent chugging out a lot of farms, and you can spend a large portion of the game not even seeing a wolf. 
- If the first few serious attempts at killing sheep fail, the wolf team often falls apart. 
- The noobier wolves give up first, and the main reason is due to a large amount of farms on the map, and knowing it would take several minutes to reach the next sheep.
- Longer games are obviously more likely to result in boredom, especially for the wolves. 
- On the sheep side there is less teamwork, bridging, harassing, trick moves, and more running by yourself just to avoid the wolves.

I think weaker wolves and less room for the sheep to hide makes for a more interesting game, and adds a lot more importance to micro, like image control and golems, and would make items like str pot / beam meaningful.  Similarly we would see individual farms matter more for the sheep, and bridges and teamwork more important.  A more immediate threat of being trapped against a wall would be a plus for st.

I personally envision a very small map (like 1/4 the size of revo) with like an 8 minute timer and 4 hit wolves to start.  This might be too radical, and I do want the game to still feel like real sheep tag instead of "mini sheep tag".  But I think a smaller change, like pulling in some of the edges, and making the wolves 3 hits or still keeping them at 2 hits may be what the community is looking for.   

This is not an attempt to make the game easier for one side or the other, to destroy rt, or to blame cornermassers for not harassing enough.  I think the game will always be a balance of harassers/cornermassers as the sheep need to slow the wolves down while also expanding.  I just think the game is currently too slanted towards cornermassing (and perhaps always has) and a smaller map would increase the intensity of sheeping and eliminate some of the boredom of wolfing.

After a few months the majority almost always "like" the new map, because the players that didn't like it stopped playing.
I support new map making!  I might even get interested in normal st again, if there's no **** sheep images

My iddybiddy idea: Add a "no wisp" mode, if only so people will stop whining about 3v4.  Adding gold doesn't do much to balance the play: the wolves generally win immediately or they start giving up.
Also can stack farms be bigger again? Idk why they got turned into midgets, makes me feel self conscious about my p3nis size for some reason.

I think if some freak scientists gonna control my life for 20 years I'd ask a lot more questions amir

-40 Elite house

Absolutely INSANE to pick any smaller house.  Try to lock yourself in your room for a few days and you will understand.  At least with a whole house you'd have enough room to roam around, spend a few hours in different rooms to give different feel.  Even in prison you don't want to stay in your cell all day. 

+20 10 years  This life is gonna be much better than my current life, I get laid and get a mansions!!

-30 10/10 fembot girl.  This would be complete game ruiner if it were a relationship, but if it's just for sex who cares if she bothers you, this might make de sex even better!!  Most redheads are crazy religious zealots anyways, still worth de pain!! The different girl, but only once a month is tempting too.   I assume original 10/10 girl won't age (so she'll stay 10/10)  if she did age I'd probably rethink it and pick this option, once a month with hottie is better than same sex for 20 years with some 40 year old chick.

-35 Unlimited food.  Big step up from gourmet food, since you can try all sorts of new **** every day and get permanently wasted on whatever you like

- 40 Unlimited computer.  With this you really don't need the gameboy/TV/gaming system.  Internet and internet games would go a great way to fighting off boredom.

+20 beat up!  Idk why this isn't more popular, this much better tradeoff than the fingers/spying and probably +10 years for normal person

Hmm I'm still over a bit, and I rly like my fingers, i need them to type and game!  I guess I'll have to get spied.

+25 spied.  This would probably be worst part of it, I think you guys really underrate how awkward and paranoid as **** this would make you.  Most ppl would lose interest, but probably mass ppl watch me have geeky drewsex with fembot, take a shower, etc.

- 10 unlimited musics.  I doubt a random selection would meet my tastes, so this was a must.

- 10 unlimited books since I got 10 left.  Only book I rly need is de bible.  But CBA go -5 on books and get some freakshit quran instead.

(Alternative for me might be dropping computer to the -20, books to -5 and getting rid of spied).
