Balance
>Shepherd damage returned to 150-150 (-21).
>Inferno no longer damages farms.
>Lightning Orb gold cost reduced to 40 (-10).
Fixes
>Inferno will no longer trigger Ring of Invisibility.

Made round 17 harder.
Fixed some bugs with round 16.
Replaced round 12.
Reduced the turn rate of round 10 jet pack on professional/heroic.
Increased continues given and continues can now be bought.
Items from dead units are now removed.
Removed the ability to attack (and therefore redirect).
After continuing, starting gold is 15 * Round.
Replaced Sentry Farm with Research Farm, which allows you to research several new farms and upgrades.
Fixed a few random bugs/inconsistencies.
